Drawn by Dio Neves. As usual, I can't find the inker's name anywhere. No disrespect to you inkers, I just don't always get this information! Colored by me, of course.

At times, I feel like I don't know how to mesh well with mainstream books, so critiques are encouraged here if anyone has insight to offer. Critiques are always welcomed, of course, but even more so now.

I especially dig last 2 panels. An excellent sense of light and shadow. I don't know if you have worked with Ryan Sook in the past but I'd like to see you color him.

I just looked up Ryan. I wasn't familiar with his work before, but he's VERY good!

Your coloring works very well in mainstream comics. You also work with some good pencilers who also know how to use a light source in their drawings. Your colors are at their best when a constant light source is appearant.

The trickle is working very nicely.

You really make everything look awesome, you know that, John?

Are you brushing in all your work? Or do you lasso some?

lol, thanks! I do 99% with a brush. I very rarely leave a visible cut on anything.

There's really no set way to color this stuff. Its just a matter making sure everything reads well, which can be the dealmaker as far as people picking up your book. Which you are obviously more than capable of :)

But really, at the end of the day, the only thing the editor really cares about is if you make you deadlines and its legible.
